● Payment and RefundsPayment must be made in full prior to the start of the work unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a cancellation made within 24 hours of the initial order or if the artist is unable to complete the commission.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.● Intellectual Property RightsThe artist retains all intellectual property rights to their artwork, including the right to display, use as example.
The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The client may not sell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without the artist's permission.● Communication and DeliveryThe artist will communicate regularly with the client regarding the progress of their commission.
The client will provide clear and concise instructions and reference materials for the commission.
The artist will deliver the final artwork to the client in a digital format via email or a file-sharing service.
The client will receive one round of minor revisions before the artwork is considered complete.● Liability and DisclaimerThe artist is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or financial damages, arising from the commission process or the use of the commissioned artwork.
The artist makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or accuracy of the commissioned artwork.

● AdoptsAdopts are pre-designed characters that the artist has created and are available for purchase.
Payment must be made in full before the client receives the adoptable.
Adopts are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The client may not resell the adoptable for a higher price than they paid for it.● CustomsCustoms are custom-designed characters created by the artist according to the client's specifications.
Payment must be made in full before work on the custom begins.
The artist will provide the client with sketches and updates throughout the custom design process.
The client may request minor revisions during the design process, but major changes may require additional fees.
Once the custom design is complete, the client may not request significant changes without additional fees.● Usage RightsThe client may use the adoptable or custom design for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The client may not claim the design as their own or reproduce it without the artist's permission.
The artist retains the right to display the design in their portfolio or use it for promotional purposes.
